Luxury Ingredients: Apple, strawberry leaves, ashwagandha root, elderflower petals, cranberry, cornflower petals, Natural flavors.
Ashwagandha root is a traditional Ayurvedic herb used to help the body adapt to stress, soothe the mind, and restore natural balance.
Caffeine Level: None
Size: 1oz (serves approx. 10-15 cups of tea and is dependent on desired strength of tea)
Recommended Steeping Time: 3-5 minutes based on personal preference in strength of tea
